The pellet burner works on much the same principles as an oil or gas burner. It starts and stops itself according to heat consumption. The electrical ignition and modulating operation mean that the pellet burner can run with optimal efficiency all year round. The plants are tested to EN303-5 at the DTI and has achieved an AA rating for environmental & energy performance.

The pellet burner has a 100 phase modulating, digital control system. Adjustments of the pellet burner are carried out via the control system. The boiler temperature, auger timing, the draw of the chimney etc. can be adjusted.

Safety

There is a high level of safety with a pellet burner; The control system ensures that the feeding of pellets stops, if the temperature in the burner becomes too high, or if a system malfunction occurs. Its is your responsibility to ensure the system is fitted correctly by a qualified prefessional, accredited in the product. Installation and operation should be carried out in accordance with the supplied manual. Please ensure all flue pipes, circuits and connections are carried out the necessary standards.

Sizing
