Delivery Information:

Once you have placed your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation. Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days of placing your order. Please allow longer for remote areas or holiday periods. To verify the delivery time to your area, please contact the Sales Office (028 38 881228). Next day or timed delivery can be arranged at an additional charge.

Deliveries are made on standard wooden pallets by a 'carrier' type vehicle with a tail lift and a pallet pump truck. The standard size of the Euro pallet is 1200 long x 800mm wide.

Delivery of wood pellets by pallet, kerbside deliveries only.

Approximate size of 15kg bag – 80cm x 30cm x 12cm

Approximate pallet size – 1200mm x 1000mm x 1500mm

Delivery made by curtain side or tail lift vehicle.

Vehicle requires hard standing surface, no steep inclines with available access to side or rear of vehicle

Pallet will be left on hard standing area within customer boundary

Pallets will not be left where they will obstruct the public highway

If we cannot make delivery onto your premises for any reason, we will refuse delivery and charge an aborted delivery fee

Once delivered, it is your responsibility to move product into safe and secure storage and dispose of the packaging
